Reliant Behavioral Health and Community Services evolved based upon the needs of community members residing throughout New Haven County and CT. Servicing individuals and families require are systemic and require macro-level interventions and strategic planning that are essential in order to sustain one’s overall well-being.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
Address the needs of individuals, adults, children, youth, and families.
Develop individualized plans that cater to the needs of individuals and families who are at-risk, in crisis or require basic need supports.
Address the needs of people with addictions.
Develop programs to serve seniors, veterans and the disabled.
Provide psycho-education, awareness and support about mental and physical health.
Individualized and group counseling along with case management as needed.
Community development and capacity building

Lisa is the CEO and Owner of Reliant Behavioral Health and Community Services LLC. Lisa has years of experience working as a Clinical Therapist, Medical Social Worker, and Program Director.
She has also held various supervisory positions.

Pamela Allen, is the founder, chief executive officer (CEO), and president of Evergreen Family Oriented Tree, Inc. At present, she coordinates four sober living houses in New Haven, Connecticut for men and women ages 18 years and older.

Tracey Foskey completed her undergraduate studies at Delaware State University in Dover, Delaware. Tracey has over 20 years of experience working with children and families. She is the founder/owner of Total Joy Are You (TJAY) Autism Foundation.

Fannie Hardy, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience. Fannie has a passion for working with and helping people. This ignited her interest and career choices which directed her in pursuing a career in human services and social work.

Dr. Tamiko Jackson serves as the pediatric consult for Reliant Behavioral Health and Community Services. She completed her undergraduate studies at Howard University in Washington, D.C. and went on to Howard University College School of Medicine, earning a medical degree.
