Reliant Behavioral Health and Community Services evolved based upon the needs of community members residing throughout New Haven County and CT. Servicing individuals and families require are systemic and require macro-level interventions and strategic planning that are essential in order to sustain one’s overall well-being.
Address the needs of individuals, adults, children, youth, and families.
Develop individualized plans that cater to the needs of individuals and families who are at-risk, in crisis or require basic need supports.
Address the needs of people with addictions.
Develop programs to serve seniors, veterans and the disabled.
Provide psycho-education, awareness and support about mental and physical health.

David received his Associates degree from the Borough of Manhattan Community College. He received his Baccalaureate and Master’s Degrees from the College of New Rochelle. In 2012 he received his Doctorate degree in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College. Fixing Fathers

Lensley Gay is an educator, entrepreneur, and an advocate for children and families. Presently, Ms. Gay is the site coordinator for the New Haven Public School Brennan Rogers Family Resource Center located in Brennan Rogers Magnet School and is one of the 4 Connecticut Department of Education funded centers.
My name is Steffon Jenkins. I am a certified Medical Office Secretary, with extensive experience in administrative work, customer service, and Certified Nursing Assistant experience, for over twenty years.
FANNIE HARDY, LCSW
Fannie Hardy, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience. Fannie has a passion for working with and helping people. This ignited her interest and career choices which directed her in pursuing a career in human services and social work.
DR. TAMIKO JACKSON-MCARTHUR
Dr. Tamiko Jackson serves as the pediatric consult for Reliant Behavioral Health and Community Services. She completed her undergraduate studies at Howard University in Washington, D.C. and went on to Howard University College School of Medicine, earning a medical degree.
Tamra Green gleams with creativity and resourcefulness. She was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut, by a mom who owned two businesses: a daycare and a tailoring shop. Growing up under that entrepreneurship propelled her creativity (entrepreneurship) and avid desire to teach children and to work with families.
It is my calling to provide help and support, in a collaborative effort, to those seeking out the tools to their success and wellbeing because we are the experts to our lives, and it is my hope that I could bring awareness and clarity to one’s own self-realization.
Landon is a Connecticut Licensed Master Social Worker with years of experience working with individuals and families suffering the effects of multi-generational mental health diagnoses and or co-morbidities that were committed to both State and non-profit residential facilities.
Danyell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelors of Psychology Degree from Arcadia University and her Master’s in Social Work from UCONN. Danyell comes to us with years of experience working with youth and families.

Jennifer Gilliard is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University and her Bachelors Degree in Health Science from Quinnipiac University. She has years of experience working with children and families, adolescent youth, teens.
I believe that we are all in a life journey that often requires a listening ear and compassionate guidance. It is my hope to help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves and the world around them, while building their resiliency and strengthening their wellbeing.
Shanai Chambers is a licensed social worker dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through advocacy, education and restoration. She is a proud graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she received her master’s degree in social work with a concentration in policy practice.
