FAMILY
SERVICES:
Help address issues related to healthy interactions between families and
communities through purposeful and meaningful counseling and programming.
Support to youth and their families in the areas of mental health, cultural conflict, domestic violence, and substance abuse. The program provides 1-2 hour sessions to individuals and or families in a group format, by way of: individualized assessment and planning, service coordination, supportive counselling, monitoring and evaluation of services provided to recipients, systems advocacy/resource coordination and outreach in the community.
GERIATRIC
SERVICES:
Geriatric services at Reliant Behavioral Health and Community Services strives to empower seniors to improve their quality of life in spite of their existing conditions by providing clinical therapy, education and support, linkages to community resources and health education, which promotes healthy aging, physical independence and well-being.

Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations. A fee will be assessed for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice of 50.00 will be charged to your credit card.
Medical Emergencies
If there is a medical or psychiatric emergency for established patients or you have never been seen by a provider at Reliant Behavioral Health & Community Services but require attention for an urgent matter, please proceed to your nearest hospital’s emergency room or contact 911 or 211 immediately. By appointment only. For questions or prescription refills, please contact our office during normal business hours.
