Our practice provides comprehensive mental health and behavioral health counseling services from pediatric to geriatrics.

MENTAL
HEALTH:
Provides assistance and support to individuals who are dealing with problems related to mental health and life’s unexpectancies. Our program uses a holistic approach by providing supportive counselling and case management services to individuals and family members.
FAMILY
SERVICES:
Help address issues related to healthy interactions between families and
communities through purposeful and meaningful counseling and programming.
Support to youth and their families in the areas of mental health, cultural conflict, domestic violence, and substance abuse. The program provides 1-2 hour sessions to individuals and or families in a group format, by way of: individualized assessment and planning, service coordination, supportive counselling, monitoring and evaluation of services provided to recipients, systems advocacy/resource coordination and outreach in the community.
GERIATRIC
SERVICES:
Geriatric services at Reliant Behavioral Health and Community Services strives to empower seniors to improve their quality of life in spite of their existing conditions by providing clinical therapy, education and support, linkages to community resources and health education, which promotes healthy aging, physical independence and well-being.

Verify your health insurance coverage when you arrange your first appointment
Medical transportation assistance can be set up for individuals who have medicaid A-D, Seniors, Veterans, some private insurances, and other community resources for individuals who are elderly and or disabled.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations. A fee will be assessed for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
After-Hours Prescription Refills:
A fee will be assessed for any prescription refill requests that are made outside of regularly scheduled appointments. Refills are provided at our sole discretion.
Medical Emergencies
If there is a medical or psychiatric emergency for established patients or you have never been seen by a provider at Reliant Behavioral Health & Community Services but require attention for an urgent matter, please proceed to your nearest hospital’s emergency room or contact 911 or 211 immediately. By appointment only. For questions or prescription refills, please contact our office during normal business hours.
